Questions We Would Like to Ask Ohio Health Director Dr. Amy Acton

1. Since November, numerous Ohioans, ourselves included, have experienced a significant Covid-19 like virus that tested negative for both flu and pneumonia. Is it possible that this disease was here earlier and a number of us have already experienced and recovered from it?

2. If the answer to question number one is yes, then is it possible that a significant number of Ohioans have developed a “herd immunity” to this virus?

3. If the answer to questions one and two are yes, then aren’t the underlying assumptions about the spread of the virus fundamentally flawed?

4. At what point will we know whether the assumptions about this virus are correct or not?

5. If the assumptions about the virus are wrong, then how quickly can we begin to reopen Ohio?

  1. Social Distancing -Shelter in Place – COVID 19 Best Practices

I woke up with this idea today to create Personal record sheet to log / track peoples movement this National Emergency.
I have not heard any agency make this recommendation so I have posted on every government sit I can find and some private emails. I have posted on my FB page sent emails to groups I belong to neighborhood homeowners, friend, family, , CDC, NIH, OHIO CORVID 19 Taskforce, etc…. I hope people will share, forward, email blast any way they can spread the message.
Now I am sending it to you and hope you will forward to your contacts. You can delete this introduction. I think it can literally saves time and consequently save lives!

Social Distancing – Shelter in Place – Required trips COVID 19 Precautions

Could be A CRITICAL MEASURE THAT REQUIRES A MINIMAL EFFORT – SAVE TIME AND LIVES?

I have offered a suggestion to the Ohio COVID 19 Special Taskforce this morning. I would like to share it with you.

I suggest that everyone KEEP A PERSONAL / FAMILY LOG OF YOUR MOVEMENTS OUTSIDE YOUR HOME! Family, Church, Therapy, Doctors, Grocery, Carry out, etc everywhere!

DATE , TIME, PLACE ; CROWD SIZE, ANYTHING UNUSUAL OR CURIOUS

This will enable you to track your movements and give you more confidence that you were or were not in a place where exposure was possible or occurred. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO TRY TO REMEBER WHERE YOU WERE LAST WEEK OR LAST MONTH IF YOU KEEP THIS RECORD!

Just a thought that might give you a head start in an emergency situation. Share with your friends, loved ones, co-workers, anyone and everyone. It might actually help if by some fate you are infected, to know who you were with, when and where you were.

  3. I agree..Many small businesses are suffering, when can some accurate statistics be shown?

  4. I have recently had a barium ct scan because of blood in my stool for about a month. It is suspicious for Colon cancer and yet they say I can’t have a colonoscopy until May 11. Is there no way around this!!! Six weeks is a very long time to wait and think there’s cancer in there and spreading…. there surely has to be a way to take care of people other than corona virus patients.
